FOUNDING STORY
Ethnik Living was born in 2021, during the heart of the pandemic, from a shared dream to create something extraordinary and collective.
Founded by two young engineers passionate about design and art, we set out to craft everyday pieces that stand out. In a time that demanded unity, we partnered with shuttered factories around the world—helping them reopen and become part of our journey. With just a few products, we launched globally and sold out in our first week—led by overwhelming support from California.
THE NAME: ETHNIK
We believe in ethical sourcing from communities with generations of craftsmanship expertise.
Our rugs come from Turkey, upholstery from India, ceramics from Vietnam, and more—crafted by local artisans who specialize in their materials. What began as early success soon became a global phenomenon.
Today, our pieces are found in iconic spaces—from Four Seasons hotels to the flagship stores of Chanel and Cartier, and *emotional sigh* in your homes. Before long, we found ourselves featured in Vogue, Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair, and more.
From zero to one, then one to many.
As orders surged into the thousands, we expanded to two warehouses—New Jersey and California—and shipped thousands of pieces worldwide. Through it all, we stayed loyal to the factories we started with and the vision that guided us: In a room full of furniture, you’ll know which one is Ethnik Living.
In December 2024, we opened Rodeo—our creative headquarters in Los Angeles.
Located at 12121 Wilshire Blvd, our team grew to 12 in-office minds focused on brand and creativity, and 30+ in the field bringing Ethnik pieces to life. Every day, we reimagine home essentials and deliver them with care. And every day, your love keeps us going.
